Accessibility Statement
Our aim is to keep this website understandable, functional and as accessible as possible for every visitor.
Our accessibility approach
The website is designed around WCAG 2.2 AA principles: clear content hierarchy, adequate contrast, responsive layouts and respect for a user’s reduced-motion setting. We do not claim certification or full conformance without an independent audit.
What is available
The primary navigation and core pages can be used with a keyboard. The site includes a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus and responsive layouts for phones, tablets and computers.
- Images that act as content have alternative text.
- Links and buttons have clear names and comfortably sized touch targets.
- Meaning is not communicated by colour alone.
Known limitations
Some published articles are scanned pages with text inside an image, so they may not be fully readable by assistive technologies. The embedded Google Maps panel is a third-party service whose accessibility is managed by Google. The clinic address and a link to open Maps are also provided.
Need help or another format?
If you have difficulty using a page or need content in a more accessible format, contact the clinic by email or telephone. Tell us which page or content you need, without including sensitive medical information in an email.
Ongoing improvement
As the website evolves, we review key journeys, language versions and mobile behaviour. This statement will be reviewed whenever there is a material change.
